Expo Agenda

Introduction of Digital Citizenship and what this looks like in schools for parents and students  

  • Auditorium 6:30 p.m.- 6:50 p.m.

Sexting | Selfie Culture | Digital Drama | Digital Footprint | Talking with your Child | Fake News | Teens and Social Media

  • Breakout Session One   7:00 p.m. - 7:40 p.m.
  • Breakout Session Two   7:50 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

 

Logistics

Oakton High School Parking

The opening session will take place in the Auditorium of Oakton High School. Directions to Oakton High School can be found here. You’ll want to park either around back (nearest to the Gym Lobby Entrance) or in the front. You can enter the building through Door 1 or 6.

Who are the Oakton Pyramid Schools?

The schools in the Oakton Pyramid are Crossfield Elementary, Mosby Woods Elementary, Navy Elementary, Oakton Elementary, Waples Mill Elementary, Rachel Carson Middle School, and Oakton High School. Also including Luther Jackson Middle School and Franklin Middle School as Oakton’s feeder schools.
